Supporting Organic Blooms to celebrate our organic growth

We’re celebrating three brilliant years of organic growth by supporting local social enterprise Organic Blooms in their crowdfunding project.

J4 Projects was established back in early 2015 to work alongside clients to deliver a better, faster, more flexible and reliable approach to project management. Fast forward three years and we’re a vibrant, dynamic team delighted to have just welcomed our tenth member. Our growth is testament to both the calibre of our team and the trust our diverse clients have invested in us. It’s a privilege to be part of exciting projects and to support the success of such varied and interesting organisations.

The excellence of our people is central to our success, so it seems fitting to celebrate our organic growth by supporting an organisation that is all about developing people through organic growing.

Organic Blooms is a Soil Association-certified organic cut flower farm. They use their flower farming and floristry business to train people living with long term mental health conditions and learning differences, helping up to 30 trainees at a time to develop confidence, qualifications and transferable skills to help them move into paid employment.

A market-leader in the resurging interest in British, ethically grown seasonal flowers, Organic Blooms aims to raise £30,000 to fund a multispan polytunnel, workshop and toilets as they expand their operations from four to nine acres, enabling them to offer more training placements.

J4 has made one of the opening pledges to kick the crowdfunding off and we’re looking forward to a team visit to Organic Blooms later in the year. If you want to join in with helping this ethical business to support more people into work, their crowdfunding project runs until 13 April – watch the film on their crowdfunding profile to find out more.
