The Annual J4 Away Trip has quickly become a treasured fixture in the calendar now, much anticipated and talked over afterwards. This year was no exception and the beautiful Ellenborough Park Hotel in Cheltenham was a fine venue.

The team had plenty of time for structured meetings, break out space for smaller groups and some opportunities to reflect on the last 12 months and think towards the next year coming. With three new team members joining this year it was good to welcome them to their first away trip.

The facilities in the hotel made the overnight stay extremely comfortable, with the use of the spa to enjoy (spectacular in the heated outdoor pool with a strong rain storm) and some fine food and drink to share. As in true J4 style, there was a ramble to enjoy too, time to talk freely and enjoy the wide open spaces and Cotswold views.
