Socially distanced team meeting at Organic Blooms flower farm

For our first (physical) team meeting since February we were fortunate to be able to get together at the fantastic Organic Blooms flower farm. To support and have the outdoor space to socially distance was a real treat, and we were glad to help out with some volunteering.

Organic Blooms is a special place for J4, having watched it grow and blossom over the past few years. Growing cut flowers is therapeutic, and they use all the wonders of working with nature to benefit local people with disabilities and support needs. Their working nursery employs specialist staff to support people to gain valuable skills and the confidence to get into work. It really is a mindful place and one to re charge in.

The afternoon was happily spent shifting a big pile of compost and putting some flower posies together. And we all went away with a bag of goodies carefully selected from local farm shops and producers by Jon, Jenny and Phil. Cheers Team!

Thanks to Organic Blooms for having us back – we love your beautiful flowers and way of being. Congrats on keeping your orders fulfilled during this difficult period, brightening up many homes with some wholesome cheer.
