Project management is both an art and a science. The art is managing people to contribute at their highest level. This is what makes J4 Projects unique. Our people are experts at putting together diverse teams and helping those teams to learn and grow, feel purposeful, motivated, and energised. We take time to listen to our clients and their teams; to truly understand the project vision as it evolves from the drawing board to site. For the science aspects of project management, we have built a PM Toolkit that includes action logs, risk registers, RFI trackers, Gannt charts, meeting schedules and contact directories. We use our PM Toolkit alongside the RIBA Plan of Work to make sure our projects are under control at every stage.
