As J4 continues to grow, we’ve had two new starters this year, bringing the current headcount to 13. Claire Biggs joined in April, having had 5 years’ experience working with Dyson in their estates team. Claire has been able to bring her client side experience to the consultancy field, and she’s been putting this to great use with the University of Reading as her main client since she joined.

More recently, Toby Johnson joined the J4 team at the beginning of November, bringing a wealth of university and laboratory experience… as well as the magic J4 ingredients of curiosity and ‘let’s do this thing’. We’re excited to help Toby’s career move to the next level.
